Thank you to everyone that I met in the adelaide office you were all very nice and very welcoming and made it very easy for me. Hopefully I will meet you all again the next time I am down. I’ll update you all very soon about how my progress is going in training. Japan is my first comp back from my two week break, there will be lots of great photos and updates from there. Until next time keep fit and healthy because that’s what it’s all about.
